Kosher accreditation must be attained each year by satisfying the Manchester Beth Din, the Jewish Ecclesiastical Court, that a company’s ingredients, suppliers and manufacturing procedures meet their very exacting criteria. To that end, our premises are visited and carefully inspected on an annual basis before Kosher Certification is renewed.

BRC (British Retail Consortium)

The BRC Global Standards are a leading global safety and quality certification programme, used around the world by over 17,000 certificated suppliers through a network of over 80 accredited Certification Bodies. They facilitate the standardisation of quality, safety, operational criteria and manufacturers’ fulfilment of legal obligations, as well as helping to provide protection to the consumer.

RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil)

RSPO accreditation ensures that Palm Oil producers and processors are subjected to a strict verification of the supply chain to the stringent RSPO principles and criteria, by accredited certification bodies (in our case BM Trada). This can be withdrawn at any time for infringement of the rules and standards. RSPO Certification is therefore a certified assurance that the Palm Oil used in our products is indeed from sustainable sources.
