How to make
Sweet Pastry
| Sovereign AV Cake Margarine | 2250 | grams |
| Sugar | 1150 | grams |
| Egg | 450 | grams |
| Flour | 3700 | grams |
Mix the Sovereign AV Cake and sugar thoroughly together, do not cream. Add the egg and mix in on slow speed.
Finally add the flour and mix to a smooth dough.
The egg can if required be replaced by water.
