Scones
| Flour | 3750 | grams |
| Baking Powder | 180 | grams |
| Sovereign AV Cake Margarine | 1000 | grams |
| Sugar | 800 | grams |
| Salt | 60 | grams |
| Egg | 300 | grams |
| Milk | 2000 | grams |
| Sultanas | 1500 | grams |
Mix the flour, baking powder and Sovereign AV Cake Margarine together to form a fine crumble.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together then add to the flour mix along with the sultanas, mix to form a clear dough.
Do not cover mix.
Roll out to approximately 15 mm think. Cut with a round cutter.
Egg wash then rest for 30 minutes prior to egg washing again then baking
Oven temperature 225°C/440°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
