*Mix all the first ingredients together to form a dough, mix for 10 minutes on 2nd speed.

After mixing allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Pin the dough out to a rectangle, cover half with the Sovereign AV Pastry Margarine, fold over the remaining dough.

Proceed to give it two half turns. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Give further two half turns. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Give it a final half turn, then proceed to finish as required.
