How to make
Ginger and Honey Flapjack
| *Sovereign AV Cake Margarine | 1440 | grams |
| *Golden Syrup | 300 | grams |
| *Demerara Sugar | 1000 | grams |
| *Honey | 300 | grams |
| Oats | 3100 | grams |
| Sultanas | 200 | grams |
| Ground Ginger | 10 | grams |
*Melt all the first ingredients together, bring just to the boil.
Add the oats, sultanas and ginger, mix well.
Spread onto a baking sheet and roll level.
Bake at 360°F for 20 minutes.
Cut in required shapes while warm.
