Ginger and Honey Flapjack

*Sovereign AV Cake Margarine1440grams
*Golden Syrup300 grams
*Demerara Sugar1000 grams
*Honey300 grams


Oats3100 grams
Sultanas200 grams
Ground Ginger10 grams

*Melt all the first ingredients together, bring just to the boil.

Add the oats, sultanas and ginger, mix well.

Spread onto a baking sheet and roll level.

Bake at 360°F for 20 minutes.

Cut in required shapes while warm.
