Waverley AV Shortening680grams
Water180grams

Cream the sugar and glucose together on fast speed for 15 minutes.

Add to the other ingredients except Waverley AV Shortening and water to the above, mix in for 1 minute on slow speed.

Bring to Waverley AV Shortening and water to the boil, add to the above and mix on slow speed until clear.

Scale the above recipe onto a prepared 30 x 18 baking tray.

Bake at 190°C/370°F for 25 minutes.

When cool, cover the top with a melted chocolate fudge icing, cut into desired shapes.
